Reception Forest School
Clare organised a wonderful series of outdoor activities for the Reception class at Forest School. The children had an amazing time building dens, making mud cakes and identifying different birds. It was a fantastic hands-on experience that sparked curiosity and love for nature. Thank you Clare, for such a fun and enriching time outdoors! Ms Zographou – St Aidans Catholic Primary School
Truly’s Party
Clare is friendly, confident and extremely capable. She instantly had my 10-year-old daughter and her friends engaged and participating in a variety of forest skills. The kids loved being outside and it was so much more pleasant for us parents, than being stuck inside a stuffy soft play!
I wasn’t feeling well on the day of the party and later found out I had covid, but thankfully having Clare in charge meant I didn’t have to worry about looking after the kids. They had a fantastic time building a den, lighting fires and toasting marshmallows.
Clare exercised exactly the right balance of leadership and fun, keeping the kids safe, while ensuring they got the most out of their outdoor adventure. I would highly recommend her parties. Sarah B – Mum
Stone Age Day
Mrs Steedman ran a Stone Age day with my Year 3 class and the children LOVED every second. They were engaged in a variety of exciting activities, from fire lighting to berry/mud painting (which is still proudly displayed in our classroom). The session was excellently resourced, and Mrs Steedman was incredibly knowledgeable about how stone age people developed tools from flints and used tools in the lives.
The session with Branch into the Woods really helped to immerse the children completely in their learning, bringing to life a period of history which can seem very distant. Thank you Mrs Steedman for such a wonderfully enjoyable educational experience, one the children still talk about as one of their favourite parts of the year. – Mr Stanley – St Aidans Catholic Primary School
